About
Meet Rachelle
A mother of three, an educator, and a leader within my community
My journey began with the label of the "troubled child," frequently finding myself in the principal's office, repeating grades, and seemingly destined for a bleak future. While my early life was marked by adversity, various factors and people played a pivotal role in transforming the "struggling child" into a motivated and accomplished adult.

My passion for working with children took root during my internship at Boston Children's Hospital and Dana Farber. Connecting with families facing difficult circumstances, bringing comfort to children within the intimidating confines of a hospital room, and fostering an environment imbued with love and connection ignited this fervor.
This newfound passion prompted a shift in my career path, veering away from the medical field and into the realm of Early Childhood education. Here, I combined my love for science and education, crafting a program that utilizes research-backed strategies to support the holistic development of children, engages families, and places a premium on fostering connections.

After accumulating years of experience in the classroom, impacting the lives of over a thousand families, I embarked on the creation of my learning academies and launched my career as a keynote speaker, consultant and trainer for educators.
